Alday Everyday
Born and raised in Los Banos since June 1997, Dr. Manuel Alday grew up surrounded by the hardworking families that make this community what it is today. At just 8 years old, he began working alongside his father in the family landscaping business, learning firsthand the value of hard work, perseverance, and taking care of the people around you.
Those early experiences, along with the care and compassion he witnessed within his own family and teachers, shaped his desire from a young age to pursue a life centered around serving others. As that desire grew through community service, mission work, and his journey into chiropractic, Manuel knew that one day he wanted to bring what he had learned back to the community that raised him.

The Gonstead Technique is an advanced practice that necessitates extensive training to master, explaining why it is not employed by all chiropractors. Gonstead practitioners perform a detailed analysis of the spine using five criteria to identify the presence of subluxation (misalignment).
